My Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional – integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Southern California real estate professional, I’ve also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This “client first” philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I’ve found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I’ve always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They’ve also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

Christopher James Kidder

Christopher and his associates are a leading team with Sterling Realty & Lending, a top producing brokerage located and working in the greater Los Angeles and Orange County areas.  Christopher is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where he earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business. While going after his degree in business, Christopher began researching the real estate industry as a potential career path.  Seeing that he could combine his personal drive for entrepreneurship and good will to help others to create a thriving business, Christopher began a series of internships that only help solidify the idea.

The foundation of Christopher’s real estate career has been growing at an accelerating pace due to repeat business from his loyal clientele and personal referrals.  Christopher believes that helping families navigate and accomplish their short-term and long-term real estate goals are a privilege like no other.  Connecting with his clients emotionally, personally, and socially is a goal of Christopher’s as it helps create a personal stake in every purchase and/or sell. Christopher married his best friend Yvonne in 2006.  The following year him and his wife had their beautiful daughter, Riley, and several years later their spirited son, Oliver was born.  They currently reside in Glendale, CA.

Accountable, Energetic, Confident, Dedicated, Fearless, Winner.

What is the best way to describe you?

Well the best word to describe me is my last name – Kidder.  All my life people have cracked jokes “you’re such a kidder”.  Boy that became repetitive around the 4th grade, but it is the perfect word to describe my personality.  I like to have fun, and to make my clients laugh.  That being said, I’ve worked hard all my life and nothing has change since I began going down this real estate path.  I love helping others get their goals accomplished!

What motivates you most?

I have a deeply rooted desire to achieve some very ambitious goals.  By helping others accomplish their goals, I know I can accomplish mine.  Looking into the real estate industry, it presents NEW everyday.  I love that I get to meet new people daily, consistently work with new addresses, and I get to help find new solutions to new problems.  In addition, my family is relying on me to be the best husband and father I can be.  My clients are like family to me, and they are relying on me to be the best Realtor.
